Sturdy and smooth with the upgraded wheels. Love how low it is and how much padding it has.Cover material is nice. Pretty color. Instructions are pretty straightforward. Easier if you have experience assembling chairs. Some parts are welded instead of formed. Sits about 12 inches from the floor. Large casters and seat even though the chair is short. Makes it more comfortable.This chair is very poorly constructed and pieces are cheap. Sits very low and instructions are not accurate as to exactly how the chair sits on the base. Very disappointed.after 6 weeks, we need a new one. peice that holds it together keeps coming loose.DO NOT BUY. 90$ and now we need to find another oneGood for short person's office work! I am less than 5'3" and struggle to find desk chairs that allow me to have my feet on the FLOOR for good posture. This is the perfect height for this and allows me to sit at my desk without using a stool for my feet.Very good and durable!!
